Uukuniemen Metalli Oy was established in 1984 and became a limited liability company in 2006. The main activity in the beginning was industrial subcontracting and from there production has changed to manufacture and sale of tractor implements. The company has grown and expanded over the years from a one-man workshop to a full-service company. The company is now in its second generation of strong and iron-clad entrepreneurs.

Universal buckets
UM universal buckets are of strong construction and have important characteristics for a bucket. The buckets are designed for all loading tasks, e.g., handling soil, sand, snow, and other materials. The buckets are ideal for professional use.
-The buckets have a wedge-shaped, backward tapered design which improves emptying
-Rear corner of bucket rounded with an additional plate
-Top edge of the bucket has a closed box structure to reinforce the upper rear wall of the attachments
-Bottom with stiffeners, the number of which varies according to the width of the bucket
-Side plates reinforce and protect the end edges of the bucket
-Available with all fixing options
-Surface finish with metal shot blasting and 2-component painting
-Lip plate HP500 16×150 prefabricated wear plate
-Optional steel size HP500 20×150 (standard on UM-2600)
